Governor Josh Shapiro’s administration has announced a $750,000 grant to the Real Estate Collaborative Frog Switch. This funding is earmarked for extensive site preparation, which includes excavation, the disposal of hazardous materials, soil remediation, and various other essential tasks. The goal is to convert the former manufacturing site into a “shovel-ready” property suitable for new development.
