Celebrate Black History Month in Dallas: A Month of Learning and Reflection

This February, Dallas shines a spotlight on the profound contributions of African Americans with a series of community events. Families and individuals are invited to partake in an array of free activities spanning the entire month, fostering learning and celebration.

Library Events

Meals & Memories: A Community Tasting

Join us on Saturday, February 22, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Central Library – O’Hara Hall for a special tasting event. Registration is required.

Black History Month Community Event

Celebrate on Saturday, February 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Highland Hills Branch.
