With a severe cold front approaching, Flint officials are taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its residents. On Thursday, January 15, the city will open its Senior Centers as warming centers, providing a refuge for those without sufficient heating at home.

The warming centers will offer a safe haven equipped with bottled water and coffee, available to anyone in need. These facilities are strategically located to cater to the community effectively.
