Flint Launches Co-Ed NFL FLAG Youth League for Ages 4-17 Summer 2026

The City of Flint, in collaboration with the Flint Police Activities League (PAL), is thrilled to introduce a new co-ed youth football league through NFL FLAG, catering to both boys and girls aged 4 to 17. This initiative aims to provide a platform for children to learn the basics of football, foster teamwork, and engage in physical activities within a positive and encouraging setting. Each team will consist of 8 to 10 players.

Scheduled to run from June 14 to August 2, 2026, the league will host its games at the Haskell Community Center, located at 2201 Forest Hill Ave. Participants can register for a fee of $25. Additionally, a kickoff celebration is planned for May 31 from 2-4 p.m. at the McKinley Center, 249 Peer Ave.

The organizers are on the lookout for volunteer coaches and sponsors to assist in the league’s operations. Anyone interested in getting involved, whether through participation, volunteering, or sponsorship, is encouraged to reach out via email at [email protected] or by calling 810-819-5899.
