Flint City Hall Closed for MLK Jr. Day; Essential Services Continue

Flint City Hall and Clio Road Service Center to Close for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

In recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Flint City Hall along with the Clio Road Service Center will not open their doors on Monday, January 19, 2026. Operations at both sites are set to resume the following day, on Tuesday, January 20.

The Flint community is advised that the red drop box situated at City Hall will still be accessible for submitting water payments, property taxes, and other forms of correspondence. Essential municipal services will remain operational without disruption:

– The Police and Fire Departments will continue to offer their services around the clock.
– Operations at the Water Service Center and the Wastewater Plant will also function continuously, 24 hours a day.
