Recognize UI Faculty and Staff Efforts with Hawkeye High-Five Program

The University of Iowa has introduced a unique initiative to foster a culture of appreciation among its staff and faculty. The Hawkeye High-Five program offers a platform for employees to acknowledge their peers’ hard work and dedication through a virtual “high-five.”

This recognition initiative, devised by University Human Resources, enables individuals to highlight the significant contributions their colleagues make to the campus community. Through an easy-to-use Qualtrics form, employees can send a personalized message that is delivered directly to the recipient’s email inbox.

How to submit a Hawkeye High-Five:

Utilize the Qualtrics form to recognize your colleagues. Submissions are sent directly to the recipient’s email.
