Jeremiah Schultz Named New Constable for White Tank Justice Precinct
In a recent development in West Valley, Arizona, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has officially appointed Jeremiah Schultz as the new Constable for the White Tank Justice Precinct.
Vice Chair Debbie Lesko of District 4 expressed her support for the new appointee, stating, “Constables have a highly difficult but very important job in maintaining public safety. I would like to congratulate Constable Schultz for stepping up to take on this role and feel confident that his experience in security services and emergency response will help him serve competently and compassionately. I’d also like to thank former Constable Mark Sinclair for his seven years of dedicated service to Maricopa County.”
In his new role, Constable Schultz will be responsible for executing, serving, and returning legal documents such as processes, warrants, and notices. Additionally, he will be required to attend justice court sessions as necessary.
The appointment required adherence to specific criteria: Schultz had to be a Republican, mirroring the political affiliation of his predecessor, Mark Sinclair. Additionally, he needed to reside within the White Tank Justice Precinct and be a registered voter in Arizona. Schultz will serve in this capacity until the term concludes on December 31, 2026.
