Unsure how to make the most of your tablet, smartphone, or laptop? The Northeast Regional Library offers a Gadget Help Desk to assist you with your tech troubles. Visit the Computer Lab in the Magazines and Newspapers Department located on the 3rd floor starting at 11 AM for personalized support.
The Gadget Help Desk operates from 11 AM to 1:30 PM, providing assistance on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that each session is limited to 30 minutes per person to accommodate as many visitors as possible. The service is unavailable during early closures the day before holidays.
