Interactive Learning Sessions at Free Library’s Remake Learning Days
As part of the Free Library’s Remake Learning Days, exciting hands-on sessions are being offered that promise to engage participants in exploring scientific concepts. The second session is scheduled for May 12, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Attendees will delve into the world of physics by examining gravity, friction, and kinetic energy through interactive activities.
During the initial session on May 5, participants had the opportunity to construct a large-scale marble run or roller coaster using materials like empty plastic bottles, cardboard, marbles, and tape. The upcoming session on May 12 will build on this project, inviting participants to design an extensive magnetic marble maze. This new creation will be connected to the existing marble roller coaster, forming an even more impressive structure. The maze construction will utilize cardboard, tape, magnetic items, marbles, and magnetic wands. For younger siblings, coloring sheets will be available to enjoy.
