Residents of Dallas have a unique opportunity to settle outstanding citations without fear of arrest. This initiative by the City of Dallas aims to encourage individuals to address their violations in a worry-free environment.
The program runs from February 28 to March 12, 2026, offering a window for Dallas locals to resolve their pending citations.
How Does It Work?
The process is designed to be straightforward:
- No Risk of Arrest: During the event dates, attendees will not face arrest at the Municipal Court.
- Bring Your ID: A valid photo ID is necessary for check-in.
- Limits on Violations: Each person can handle up to six violations per day. However, Family Violence, Juvenile, and Civil Citation cases are excluded from these events.
