Community Event: Essential Insights on Wills and Marriage Records
This Saturday, October 25, the Northeast Regional Library will host a crucial educational session from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, focusing on topics like wills, probate, marriage licenses, and Title Clearance, commonly known as Tangled Titles. This event promises to be an invaluable opportunity for attendees to gain insight into these important legal matters.
Following a concise presentation, attendees will have the chance to engage directly with staff from the Register of Wills Office. These professionals will be stationed at information tables in the main lobby, ready to provide personalized guidance and answer any queries regarding the services they offer.
Marriage Record Requests
If you need a marriage record, you can make your request during this event. Ensure to bring a $40 money order or cashier’s check. Once processed, you’ll be notified when your record is available for pickup at the Northeast Regional Library.
Language Support
To accommodate the diverse community, language support services will be provided in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Portuguese, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to crucial information.
