The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has finalized a categorical exclusion and issued a decision memorandum to renew the Crescent Dunes Test Well right-of-way. Additionally, the rights-of-way for the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Project, Crescent Dunes Gen-Tie, and Crescent Dunes Test Well have been transferred from Tonopah Solar Energy, LLC to Tonopah Energy Center LLC. These projects are situated approximately 15 miles northwest of Tonopah, Nevada.
