Community Partnership Aims to Enhance Children’s Readiness for School
In an effort to bolster early childhood development, a unique coalition has formed in Livingston County, bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders. This initiative, known as the Great Start Collaborative of Livingston County (Great Start Livingston), unites local community agencies, businesses, educators from early childhood through K-12, and parents.
Great Start Livingston’s primary objective is to create a comprehensive early childhood system. This system is meticulously aligned to address a wide variety of factors that contribute to a child’s readiness for both school and life. Through collaboration, the partnership seeks to ensure that every child in the community receives the support they need to thrive.
