Celebrating Teamwork and Contributions: University’s Hawkeye High-Five Program
Recognizing the efforts of faculty and staff can often be the key to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. At one university, this is achieved through the innovative Hawkeye High-Five program. This initiative allows colleagues to express appreciation by awarding a “high-five” to peers for their noteworthy contributions, teamwork, or exceptional effort.
Highlighting the success of this program, over 200 high-fives were distributed in November alone. These recognitions serve as a testament to the vibrant and supportive community within the university.
