Join Us for a Virtual Discussion on Maricopa County’s Future!
Residents, property owners, business operators, and other key participants in unincorporated Maricopa County are invited to a Grand Virtual Event on Thursday, January 29th from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. This session will introduce the latest updates to the Framework 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
The commencement of a 60-day review phase is upon us, during which the draft of the Framework 2040 Comprehensive Plan will be open for public commentary.
Designed as a strategic guide, the Plan outlines county-level decision-making processes related to future growth, development, and conservation up to the year 2040. The Draft Plan provides insights into land use, transportation, parks, open spaces, water resources, energy, economic advancement, environmental planning, and development costs.
Your input will be meticulously considered and incorporated into the final version of the Comprehensive Plan, which will be reviewed by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
During this virtual event, participants will learn about the new Draft Plan, how they can offer feedback, and the timeline for upcoming public hearings before the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board of Supervisors as part of the Framework 2040 Comprehensive Plan adoption process.
