Reno Hosts Annual Fraud Prevention Day for Seniors
The City of Reno is once again bringing attention to the critical issue of fraud prevention for seniors with its annual Scam Jam event. Organized in collaboration with AARP, this initiative aims to arm seniors with the knowledge and tools needed to protect themselves from scams.

The Scam Jam Fraud Prevention Event is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be held at the McKinley Arts and Culture Center auditorium, offering a free-of-charge opportunity for seniors to learn about fraud prevention.
