Recognizing Excellence in Technology: Sheena Deleon-Guerrero’s Achievements
Sheena Deleon-Guerrero has earned the distinguished title of Top Tech in the Government category at the 2025 Top Tech Awards.
Organized by Vegas Inc and Cox Business, the Top Tech Awards celebrate visionary tech leaders across Southern Nevada. The honorees, who come from sectors such as education, gaming, nonprofit, and both public and private companies, drive business innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and foster connectivity.
Award winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges who evaluated candidates based on their accomplishments, contributions to their companies and communities, and significant projects they have led.
According to the award citation, “Sheena Deleon-Guerrero has played a central role in modernizing the agency’s technology landscape. Her efforts in infrastructure, application management, cybersecurity and team development have improved efficiency and strengthened mission-critical systems.”
