Flint City Hall Customer Service Closure Announced for December 17, 2025
The City of Flint has announced that its Customer Service Department located within City Hall will not be accessible to the public on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. This temporary closure is due to necessary internal processing activities. However, residents and customers still have several options to address their needs during this period.
Available Services During the Closure
- Walk-Up Window at City Hall: This service will remain operational for payment processing.
- Clio Road Community Service Center: Open for accepting payments from customers.
- Phone Assistance: Customers can reach out by calling (810) 766-7015 for any inquiries or concerns between 8:00 a.m. and 4:55 p.m.
- Information Desk inside City Hall lobby: Comprehensive services will be offered here.
Regular customer service operations will be reinstated on Thursday, December 18. The City of Flint has expressed gratitude to its residents for their patience and cooperation during this temporary service adjustment.
