Join Little Explorers’ S.T.E.A.M. Night for Fun and Discovery!

Exciting News for Young Minds in Livingston County!

Families with young children in Livingston County have a special invitation to a night of exploration and fun. Help Me Grow Livingston and Great Start Livingston offer a FREE event for those aged 0–5, promising an evening filled with creativity and discovery.

Explore New Horizons!

Children can embark on a journey through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.), engaging with various play-based activities. The format is flexible, allowing children to choose their pace and interest level.

The event promises hands-on activities, creative exploration opportunities, and interactions with community partners, all designed to ignite curiosity and creativity in young minds.

S.T.E.A.M. Play for Little Ones

For toddlers, S.T.E.A.M. is synonymous with PLAY! It is a dynamic and engaging way for them to learn without structured lessons or complex tasks.

Activities may include:

These activities often incorporate multiple disciplines, making learning a multi-faceted and enjoyable experience for children.

Babies Are Explorers Too!

Even the youngest attendees have a place at S.T.E.A.M. Night. Babies naturally explore their environment through sensory experiences, and the event will include activities tailored for them to enjoy with their caregivers.

An Interactive Experience for All

This event is not just for the kids—adults can join in the exploration. Instead of directing play, adults are encouraged to engage with their children, asking questions like:

This approach allows both adults and children to engage in shared learning and discovery.

Capture the Fun!

Pictures from the previous Little Explorers’ S.T.E.A.M. Night in Pinckney showcase the joy of learning through play. Children and adults alike participated in various activities, from building to experimenting.

Join us again on November 12!
