Currently, she plays a pivotal role at eBay as the global head of strategic mergers and acquisitions integration. Her previous role as general manager at eBay saw her overseeing strategy, financial performance, and marketplace dynamics, setting the stage for customer-centric growth and leadership excellence. Her career foundation is further solidified by her leadership roles at companies like Leesa, ProFlowers, Godiva, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and IBM.

Turner’s career is marked by her ability to build organizations from scratch, drive complex transformations, and integrate acquisitions effectively. She is adept at forming high-performance leadership teams and translating strategic visions into tangible business outcomes. Her expertise encompasses enterprise strategy, marketplace economics, and operational execution, making her a key figure in commercial growth and organizational design.
