Chair Yoga: A New Way to Embrace Yoga for All Ages
Chair Yoga offers a unique twist on traditional yoga by utilizing a chair as the main prop instead of a mat. This innovative form of yoga is designed to be more inclusive, making it an excellent option for individuals who find it challenging to apply pressure on their knees and wrists. It caters to a diverse range of participants, regardless of age or experience level.
The sessions will be led by Lindsey Gill, a certified yoga instructor with four years of teaching experience in the Philadelphia region. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and come ready to enjoy a refreshing and novel experience.
