This project, which spans approximately 21,160 acres in Lander County, Nevada, has been greenlit following the issuance of a final Environmental Assessment, Decision Record, and a Finding of No Significant Impact.
The initiative aligns with the goals of Executive Order 14241, titled “Immediate Measures to Increase American Mineral Production.” This order, established during President Trump’s administration, aims to enhance domestic mineral production, reduce dependency on foreign minerals, bolster national security, and stimulate job creation.
