Kensington Library Hosts Virtual Meetup for Teens and Adults on Discord
In an innovative approach to community engagement, the Kensington Neighborhood Library is organizing a virtual meetup on Discord, specifically designed for adults and older teens. This online event promises a series of watch parties, offering a unique way to connect over shared interests.
Participants are invited to join these biweekly sessions, which will showcase episodes from four distinct series. The meetups are scheduled for Saturdays—May 10, May 24, June 7, and June 21—from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This initiative is orchestrated by Sara Palmer, the adult/teen librarian at the branch, who can provide invitations to the Discord server.
