Get Crafty with Sew What?! at Parkway Central Library

Craft enthusiasts looking to connect with fellow textile aficionados have a new hub at Parkway Central Library. Sew What?! offers a vibrant space for individuals interested in crochet, knitting, sewing, embroidery, quilting, felting, and more. This creative gathering encourages participants to share their projects and collaborate with others in the textile community.

Sew What?! sessions are held in-person on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 4:30 pm and Thursdays from 5:00 to 7:30 pm in ROOM 108 of Parkway Central Library. Attendees can take advantage of the available resources, including sewing machines, knitting needles, crochet hooks, and a selection of yarn and fabric. Whether you bring your own project or start a new one with the provided materials, all skill levels are welcome to join.

The library staff is on hand to assist participants in learning how to use sewing machines and other craft tools. Additionally, they can recommend books for further learning and inspiration. Sew What?! is an inclusive environment designed to foster creativity and skill-sharing among crafters of all experience levels.
