In a recent development, the Bureau of Land Management has sanctioned an administrative change to NV Energy’s current power line right‑of‑way (ROW). This modification integrates short segments of an existing power line, which link to Vero’s Hawthorne In‑Line Amplifier ROW, ensuring that the infrastructure is managed under appropriate authorization.
This decision does not involve any new construction or ground disturbance. All power line segments are already within previously approved ROW areas. Existing stipulations and compliance monitoring protocols remain in place as part of the standard oversight procedures.
