BLM Approves Renewal for Montigny Access Road Right-of-Way in Nevada
In a recent development, the Bureau of Land Management’s Sierra Front Field Office has granted the administrative renewal for the Montigny Access Road right-of-way (ROW) located in Lyon County, Nevada. This renewal ensures the continuation of the road’s current use, maintaining its location and structural features without any changes.
The decision allows for the ongoing use of the road within its existing disturbed roadway corridor. Importantly, the renewal does not include any provisions for new construction, ground disturbances, or changes to the road’s alignment or condition. The road will remain as it is throughout the renewal period.
This move aligns with previous authorizations and adheres to the guidelines set forth in the Carson City District Consolidated Resource Management Plan from May 2001.
