Scheduled System Maintenance to Affect Dallas Water Utilities Payments
Residents of Dallas should be aware of upcoming system maintenance that will temporarily halt online and phone payment services for Dallas Water Utilities (DWU). This scheduled maintenance will occur on Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this period, customers will be unable to process payments through DallasGo or via phone.
The City of Dallas apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and suggests that customers utilize alternative DWU payment locations. For more information on these locations, please visit bit.ly/DWUPayStations.
