Dallas System Maintenance to Affect Online and Phone Payments
Residents of Dallas should be aware that a scheduled system maintenance will temporarily disrupt certain services on Sunday, February 23, 2025. From 3 a.m. to 3 p.m., the City of Dallas has announced that online transactions on DallasGo and phone payments to Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) will be unavailable. The city apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the maintenance period, customers seeking to make payments to DWU are encouraged to visit alternative payment locations. A comprehensive list of these locations can be found by visiting bit.ly/DWUPayStations.
