Arizona Health Services Launches Comprehensive Data Portal

Arizona Unveils Comprehensive Public Health Data Platform

In a significant step towards enhancing public access to health data, the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) has launched a new Public Health Data Portal. This initiative aims to centralize the agency’s data, making it easier for residents to access vital public health information.

Coinciding with the release of the 2024 annual reports, the portal includes updated resources such as the Baby Name Report, the Arizona Diabetes Action Plan and Report, and the Arizona State Hospital Fiscal Year Annual Report.

The platform features an intuitive interface designed to simplify data navigation. Users can explore reports, catalogs, maps, and dashboards, all housed in one convenient location. This accessibility empowers Arizonans to make informed health decisions based on comprehensive state health data. Wesley Kortuem, ADHS Analytics Section Lead, emphasized the importance of this development, stating, “The Public Health Data Portal is a major step forward in our efforts to make data more accessible and transparent.”

Residents can explore the Public Health Data Portal by visiting https://data.azdhs.gov/. For additional inquiries, contact ADHS via email at [email protected].
