Free Diapers and Wipes Distribution in Livingston County in 2026

Livingston County Offers Free Diapers to Eligible Families

In a collaborative effort to support local families, the Livingston County Health Department, alongside the Monroe County Opportunity Program, is providing free diapers and wipes to families that meet specific income criteria. This initiative aims to ease the financial burden on parents and guardians within the county.

Families wishing to benefit from this program can visit the Health Department from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on designated distribution days. To receive the supplies, proof of residency is mandatory, and the individual collecting the package must reside with the child, who must be under 18 years of age.

New Guidelines: Eligible families can receive one diaper and wipes package per month, for up to four consecutive months within a calendar year.
