Looking for a fun and engaging way to stay active this summer? Movement Mondays might be just what you need. Hosted by Miss Amanda, these sessions offer a unique blend of dance and exercise in the serene setting of the library garden.

With a background in dance and cheerleading, Miss Amanda brings her expertise to the community through these dynamic classes. Each session lasts 90 minutes and is designed to accommodate individuals of all skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just looking to move more, you’re welcome to participate.

The classes are completely free, providing an accessible opportunity for adults to incorporate more physical activity into their routines. It’s an excellent chance to enjoy the outdoors, learn new moves, and meet others in the community who share a passion for staying active.
