Mobile Office Hours in South Philly Offer Key Government Services
State Representative Ben Waxman has initiated a convenient service for South Philly residents by providing mobile office hours at the Santore Library. Every second Monday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., community members can access various government services without needing to travel far.
During these office hours, Rep. Waxman’s staff is available to help with an array of government-related tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Applying for or renewing SEPTA Senior Key cards
- Submitting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Receiving assistance with Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications
- Accessing PennDOT services
- Obtaining birth or death certificates, among other services
